Vice President Marketing

Founded in 1908, the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) is a statewide trade association representing over 13,000 title insurance professionals dedicated to ensuring the safe and secure transfer of real estate in Texas. The organization serves over a million consumers annually and represents more than 90% of licensed title insurance agents and underwriters in the state. TLTA offers regulatory and legislative advocacy, comprehensive educational programming, professional certification, and industry news to its members. With active reach across all Texas counties, TLTA has been integral to the success of the land title industry for over a century, serving the needs of its members and the consumers they support.

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Marketing. The Vice President of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage market planning and research, and lead marketing campaigns. The role includes managing public relations efforts, ensuring a consistent brand message, supervising a team of marketing professionals, and driving successful member engagement strategies that align with TLTA’s goals.

• Expertise in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Marketing
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Experience in leading Public Relations campaigns and managing communications
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Understanding of or experience in the real estate or title insurance industry is a plus
