The Role

We're seeking a Vice President of Health Tech SaaS to lead client delivery and scale our health tech practice. You'll manage our growing account manager team, own end-to-end client success for our health tech SaaS accounts, and partner directly with our CEO, VP of MedTech Delivery, and Operations Director to ensure flawless execution and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be both a doer and a manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and run client accounts across our health tech SaaS portfolio. Hire, develop, and lead our account manager team as it scales to six people. Own delivery quality and client satisfaction for all health tech engagements. Support the CEO in strategic client relationships and new business development. Ensure consistent execution against our discover, define, deliver framework.

Required Qualifications

Five plus years leading health tech SaaS teams or accounts. Proven track record managing account managers and scaling teams. Deep understanding of Healthcare/Health-tech SaaS go-to-market, positioning, and messaging strategy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
