Role Overview


We are building a senior team across Strategy, Client Partnerships, Creative & Influencer Strategy, and Talent/Creator Partnerships within a growing Influencer and Creator Marketing practice.

These roles will work closely with senior clients, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape how brands use creators, content, and culture to drive measurable business outcomes.


Role Scope


This team operates at the intersection of:

  • Brand and content strategy
  • Creator and influencer ecosystems
  • Client partnerships and commercial growth
  • Campaign design and execution
  • Data-led performance and measurement


We combine strategic thinking, creative judgment, and commercial understanding to deliver high-impact influencer programs and long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape in India, including key brands, categories, and spend patterns.
  • Identify and map high-potential clients investing in influencer content and convert insights into revenue opportunities.
  • Drive business growth by creating and managing a robust pipeline across existing and new clients.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to align on client scope, opportunities, and integrated solutions.
  • Own and grow relationships with key clients, with a focus on long-term revenue expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end pitch development, including strategy, storytelling, and client presentations.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence and confidence in client-facing environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock growth drivers and scale influencer-led solutions.
  • Own the revenue pipeline and contribute to overall P&L for the influencer marketing practice.
  • Continuously identify new business opportunities by tracking market movements, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
