This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and directing financial reporting processes. The role requires strategic decision-making, collaboration with other company leaders, and a strong understanding of financial operations to support the organization's growth and compliance.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and overall Finance management
• Comprehensive experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and reporting
• Knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a finance team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a strong advantage
• Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and reporting software
• Experience in managing finance within a dynamic, fast-paced organization is preferred
