This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. In this role, you will oversee and manage all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, developing and analyzing financial strategies, preparing financial reports, and leading budgetary management. As a member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with other executives to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the organization while supporting its mission.

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Reporting
• Strong abilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and enhance fiscal strategies and outcomes
• Demonstrated experience with budget management and financial policy creation
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience with non-profit finance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA is preferred
