Key Responsibilities

AreaKey Tasks

Strategic & Leadership

Partner with CEO/Board on financial strategy, lead finance transformation, drive capital allocation & ROI-based expansion planning, present financial performance to investors/lenders

FP&A & Business Controllership

Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting, store-level P&L governance, unit economics optimization, margin analysis, MIS dashboards, KPI governance, variance analysis

Commercial & Operations Finance

Oversee procurement finance, supply chain costing, inventory optimization, food cost control, wastage management, working capital cycles, cash flow management

Compliance & Governance

Ensure Ind AS/IFRS compliance, Companies Act, GST, statutory regulations; oversee internal controls, audits, risk management, SOP governance

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor large finance team (15+ members), build second-line leadership, drive ERP automation (SAP/Oracle) and digital finance initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• ✅ 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• ✅ Prior experience as Finance Head / VP Finance / CFO (BU) in QSR, Retail, FMCG, or Food industry
• ✅ Strong exposure to store-level profitability, multi-location P&L, and expansion finance
• ✅ Expertise in FP&A, Controllership, Working Capital, Commercial Finance, Cost Optimization
• ✅ Experience managing large teams (15+ members)
• ✅ Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and finance automation
• ✅ CA / MBA Finance preferred
