Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Key responsibilities:

Validate the completion of accounts for the respective segments
Validate the allocation of common expenses of segments for the purpose of reporting and MIS
Manage completion of all statutory audits
Suggest accounting implication of various business decisions at respective level
Monitor the preparation of monthly closing reports including analysis of monthly performance and reporting for exceptions
Validate documents for Management Discussion & Analysis report pertaining to respective segments
Validate data to be shared with secretarial and Investor Relations department pertaining to respective segments
Supervise implementation of suggestions from expert/corporate
Supervise implementation of accounting policies and procedures for respective segments
Ensure compliance with the uniformity guideline provided by the corporate in respective segments
Training, development and succession planning
Monitor MIS preparation
