Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President - Finance & Accounts, based in Gurugram. The Vice President of Finance & Accounts will lead the organization's financial strategies and oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support organizational decision-making. Additionally, the role involves managing financial risk, optimizing cash flow, and directing financial policies to align with company goals. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive fiscal success and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Must be reporting to the CEO or Board
• Must be CA
• Proven expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance fundamentals to support strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven track record of Financial Reporting, including presenting financial results to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with key stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with technology-driven financial analysis and reporting tools is an added advantage.
