Role Summary
The VP of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial activities, including strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health while driving initiatives for capital efficiency, digital reporting, and long-term value creation.

The VP of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial activities, including strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial health while driving initiatives for capital efficiency, digital reporting, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process and provide multi-year financial forecasts. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the Board and CEO.
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), the Companies Act, and GST regulations.
- Digital Transformation: Implement and optimize AI-driven ERP systems to automate routine accounting, e-invoicing, and real-time financial dashboards.
- Capital Management: Manage treasury functions, optimize working capital, and support fundraising efforts (Debt/Equity) or M&A activities as required.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct internal audits and establish robust control frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of patient billing, from registration and insurance verification to final collections and TPA collections
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferably cleared in 1st attempt)
- 10+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- At least 5 years of experience working in a hospital setup
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clinical & business outcomes
- High-level negotiation & relationship management skills to ensure quality supply of services
- Excellent team management skills and ability to enhance team productivity
