30 Sundays is an AI-enabled holiday planning and booking platform. Founded by operators from Apple/BCG/OYO and backed by InfoEdge Ventures and Eximius Ventures.

Own finance end-to-end, with a strong focus on FinOps: payments, collections, refunds/chargebacks, reconciliations, vendor payouts, and controls. Also own close, reporting, and lightweight planning.

FinOps

• Run customer payments (UPI/cards/EMI, gateways), improve success rates, manage failures/retries
• Drive collections (aging, follow-ups, exception handling) and refunds/chargebacks closure
• Own reconciliations: Gateway ↔ Bank ↔ Ledger ↔ CRM; prevent leakage
• Manage vendor payouts (flights/hotels/DMCs), track advances/credit notes/cancellations, cash visibility
• Publish MIS for collections, refunds, recon backlog, vendor exposure, leakage and drive weekly closure reviews

Controllership

• Own monthly close and management reporting (P&L, cash flow)
• Build controls: SOPs, maker-checker, approval matrix, audit trails

Financial Planning

• Rolling forecasts/runway visibility; pricing/margin/unit economics support
• Investor/board reporting and diligence support
  

• Previous Finance leadership at Series A to C startup
• Finance generalist with deep experience in payments + collections + reconciliations
• CA/CPA/MBA Finance preferred (or equivalent)
