Location: Nationwide (open to strong candidates anywhere in the U.S.)

The Opportunity

A well-capitalised, national employee benefits platform is selectively hiring experienced Employee Benefits Producers to accelerate growth and expand its presence across the U.S.

This is a confidential search focused on high-quality, relationship-led producers who want a stronger platform behind them — whether that means broader resources, better access to specialists, stronger carrier relationships, or a long-term succession path.

  • Currently operating within a brokerage, agency, or consulting environment and feeling constrained by limited support, infrastructure, or leadership bandwidth

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and expanding a pipeline of employer clients (primarily mid-market to large)
  • Advising on benefits strategy and plan design across medical, ancillary, voluntary, and related solutions
  • Partnering with internal service, account management, and specialist teams to drive retention and growth
  • Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broader platform
  • In some cases, exploring team lift-out or book transition structures where appropriate
