The Venue Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji. Key responsibilities include identifying and securing partnerships with wedding venues, managing client inquiries, and providing top-tier customer support. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, curating personalized venue options, and ensuring a smooth booking process. The Venue Sales Manager will also collaborate with planning teams to maintain high service standards and continuously improve processes.
- Sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals
- Customer service and client management expertise
- Communication skills, including excellent verbal and written proficiency
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to sales and customer management
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the events or wedding industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
