About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Management Associate to support the end-to-end vendor lifecycle from onboarding and contract administration to ongoing performance tracking. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, a sharp eye for documentation, and a growing interest in procurement and supplier negotiations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and system registration.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare and update templates such as NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
- Ensure all vendor documents are accurate and audit-ready.
Negotiation Support
- Assist in preparing cost comparisons and negotiation briefs.
- Support vendor negotiations through market research and benchmarking.
- Track commercial terms and update agreements using approved templates.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain vendor spend, contract, SLA, and savings trackers.
- Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions.
- Prepare vendor performance and cost analysis reports.
- Support process automation using Excel tools.
Vendor Performance Management
- Monitor vendor KPIs and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate vendor review meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Support risk management and corrective action plans for vendors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 1 - 6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration
- Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/SUMIF formulas
Data validation, conditional formatting, and chart creation
Basic macro/VBA knowledge preferred
- Excellent documentation skills — ability to create clear, structured, and professional
- documents
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination
