About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Vendor Management Executive with 2-5 years of experience in marketplace, e-commerce, corporate operations, and managing retail and wholesale vendor relationships. Experience in the Furniture and Home Furnishings industry is a plus. The successful candidate will play a key role in acquiring and managing vendor partnerships, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outreach and acquisition strategies for vendor partnerships.
• Collect and verify vendor documents (eKYC).
• Facilitate onboarding and initial training for vendors.
• Maintain CRM records and oversee pipeline management.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of retail and wholesale vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• A proactive mindset suited for startup environments.
• Basic commercial understanding (SLA & Basic Financial Disciplines).
• Background in the Furniture and Home Furnishings industry is a plus.
