Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA Job Location: Chennai Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Security Specialist with expertise in Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Application Security, and Cloud Security to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security practices and a deep understanding of securing applications and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities & Skills: ? Conduct VAPT assessments and provide detailed remediation recommendations. ? Perform application security reviews, code analysis, and threat modeling. ? Implement and maintain cloud security practices across multi-cloud environments. ? Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle. ? Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting investigations and root cause analysis. ? Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions. ? Provide guidance and training to internal teams on application and cloud security practices. Required Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. ? 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in VAPT, Application Security, and Cloud Security. ? Familiarity with industry security frameworks and standards such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
