About the Role We?re looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead, design, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise ecosystem. You?ll be the technical authority driving architecture, integrations, and compliance ? ensuring Salesforce aligns perfectly with our business goals and healthcare mission. Architecture & Design Build scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. Define system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards. ?? Technical Leadership Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end ? from strategy to deployment. Mentor developers and administrators; drive best practices and code quality. Champion architectural excellence and DevOps maturity. ?? Integration & Customization Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware ( MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica ). Build robust solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows . Automate processes and enhance system scalability. ?? Collaboration & Governance Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into architecture. Serve as the Salesforce technical advisor across departments. Enforce governance, security, and development standards. ?? What You Bring ?? Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s in Computer Science, IT, or related field . ?? Experience: 8?12 years in Salesforce development and architecture . Proven record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations . Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud preferred. ?? Technical Skills: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Salesforce Flows. Salesforce data architecture, security, and integration patterns. REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, CI/CD pipelines, Git , and DevOps. ?? Soft Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities. Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ??
