You will own the end-to-end AI lifecycle ?from data ingestion, model training, and optimization to deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Architecture: Design and deploy scalable ML/DL pipelines and low-latency inference systems. Healthcare & Salesforce AI: Build HIPAA/FHIR-compliant workflows and integrate AI with Salesforce Einstein, Apex, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft. Model Optimization: Apply advanced ML/DL techniques and optimize models for speed, cost, and accuracy. Infrastructure & MLOps: Build robust CI/CD pipelines, deploy on AWS/Azure/GCP, ensure compliance, observability, and drift detection. Generative AI (Optional): Explore LLMs, fine-tuning, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks. Leadership: Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and translate complex problems into scalable AI solutions. What You Bring Experience: 8+ years in AI/ML/DL engineering or architecture, delivering production-grade systems. Technical Skills: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras, ML/DL algorithms, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, embeddings, real-time streaming. Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow/Kubeflow, Airflow. Domain Expertise: Healthcare (HIPAA/FHIR/HL7, EMR/EHR, imaging) and/or Salesforce (Einstein 1, Apex, SOQL, Data Cloud, MuleSoft). Nice-to-Have: Generative AI/LLMs, orchestration frameworks.
