In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software Engineering team you lead the technical and delivery aspects of a GxP-compliant validation assessment program. As a Manager, you motivate and inspire teams while managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of technology and compliance, driving innovation and excellence in validation processes.

• Lead validation assessments to confirm software reliability

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• 8 years of experience in validation assessment with 5 years in architecture and program management experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• CSV certification, PMP or PgMP preferred
• Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
• Proven program management experience delivering compliance programs
• Demonstrating knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards
• Excelling in stakeholder management and communication
• Mentoring associate-level validation resources and architects
• Driving continuous improvement in validation processes
• Hands-on familiarity with validation tools and traceability tooling
