About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Staff UX Product Designer to join our expanding Design organization. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design efforts for key product verticals, focusing on elevating both new and existing customer experiences. Your expertise in user-centered design will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions that align with business objectives while delivering intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop and maintain high standards of visual and interaction design, ensuring consistency and excellence across our platform. As a leader, you will mentor other designers, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Design System. Your work will directly influence product-led growth initiatives, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction in a competitive financial markets environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction, visual, and information architecture design
• Proven experience working on complex products within cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and research methodologies
• Experience contributing to and maintaining Design Systems in collaborative environments
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of advocating for design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience in user research, journey mapping, and persona development
• Knowledge of futures trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a significant plus
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the design process for specific product verticals, ensuring customer-centric solutions that enhance user experience
• Own end-to-end design workflows, from ideation through delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and usability
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop innovative and feasible design solutions
• Establish and uphold design best practices, ensuring consistency across visual and interaction design elements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Design System to support platform scalability
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence
• Participate in design critiques, product discussions, and collaborative sessions to shape the product’s visual and functional direction
• Communicate complex design concepts effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Drive product-led growth by creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences that promote adoption and satisfaction

• Competitive salary range of $150,000 to $190,000 USD, with an annual target bonus of 12%
