*Local to Pune only* Job Description: 4+ years of overall industry experience, including team leadership. Bachelor?s degree in an analytical field (Engineering, Statistics, etc.). Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel functions and pivot tables. Strong understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with SQL queries. Experience in scripting using Python or Shell. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and innovation capabilities. Excellent communication skills with experience working across cross-functional teams. Good to Have Skills: Experience in the energy/utilities industry and familiarity with electric/gas tariffs. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel macros and Power Query. Passion for working with data and performing deep analyses. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology. Mandatory Skills: Advanced Excel, Statistical Analysis, Logical Thinker, SQL, Python
