User Success Engineer (Performance & MTBF Support)

We are looking for a candidate with exposure to the 3DExperience platform and any CAD software, preferably CATIA. We have a key mission to support our Customers with a Premium offering to execute performance and native client crash analysis services.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Execute Performance and MTBF services as a part of the PREMIUM offer.
• Analyze Performance issues based on the reported scenario from the customer and provide all possible improvements to reach the common objective in terms of time.
• Ensure a high level of stability of 3DExperience platform Native applications by analyzing the crash issues.
• Share the improvement plan with the customer based on analysis.
• Work closely with the R&D Development team to provide solutions to the customer.
• Respond immediately in case of Customer crises.
• Participate in customer calls on demand, demonstrating technical expertise and delivering enhanced value & satisfaction
• Create Knowledge capitalization content on key technical topics
• Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Success
• Able to troubleshoot and debug issues by analyzing traces/logs and other third-party tools
• Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation regularly and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity
  
  

Qualifications

• B.E., B.Tech (Mechanical) from premier institutions with good academic track records, 60% throughout in all academics with NO GAPS
• 3-4 years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Architecture implementation and PCS troubleshooting skills methodology.
• Have a problem-solver mindset.
• Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of CAD/PLM software
• Candidate should have experience in 3DExperience Platform Architecture implementation and capacity to analyze the logs
• Relevant IT Administration Experience in Database, OS (Windows/Linux), Middleware, Networking, Authentication and H/S Load-balancing, etc.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
• Must be able to help Customers and Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
