User Interface Designer

Job Description

Position Overview:? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in crafting beautiful and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, appealing, and user-friendly designs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements. Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or other prototyping tools. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the user experience. Ensure a consistent visual language and adherence to brand guidelines. Deliver high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for development. Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Actively contribute to product ideation and innovation with a user-first mindset. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 2?4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. Experience in building responsive and accessible designs. Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
