Role Description

VIVA Money is hiring a Senior UX Researcher to drive improvements across mobile lending products. This role focuses on understanding user behavior, identifying journey friction, and translating insights into clear product and growth impact.

• Analyze end‑to‑end mobile user journeys and funnels
• Identify friction points using behavioral and usability insights
• Use tools like Mixpanel, UXCam, Clevertap, Amplitude
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams

Qualifications

5+ years in UX research / product analytics / user behavior

Hands‑on experience working on mobile apps

Strong usability testing and journey analysis experience

Experience with fintech / lending / digital financial products

Ability to translate insights into actionable product improvements
