Enterfirst Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer ?with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience ?in creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences.? The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience (UX) strategy and user interface (UI) design , with the ability to transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging products ?across web and mobile platforms.? ? Key Responsibilities ? Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis .? Design wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, mockups, and interactive user flows .? Create pixel-perfect UI designs ?with a focus on responsiveness and accessibility.? Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI component libraries .? Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams ?to ensure accurate implementation of designs.? Perform usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and collect feedback ?to iterate designs.? Use analytics tools ?(e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and improve designs.? Keep updated with latest design trends, emerging tools, and UX/UI best practices .? Work in Agile/Scrum methodology , actively contributing to sprint planning and reviews.? ? Technical Skills (Must-Have) ? Design Tools: ?Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.? Prototyping Tools: ?InVision, Axure, Principle, Marvel, or similar.? Wireframing & Collaboration: ?Miro, Balsamiq, Whimsical, Jira, Confluence, Trello.? Design Systems: ?Experience with Material Design, Fluent UI, or custom scalable systems.? Usability & Accessibility: ?Knowledge of WCAG standards, ARIA guidelines, responsive design .? UX Research & Testing: ?Proficiency in user interviews, usability testing, surveys, heatmaps .?
