User Experience Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. You will

be responsible for designing user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user

interfaces for mobile applications and web-based platforms. Your work will directly impact how

users interact with our products and influence user satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft next-gen UX/UI

solutions, aligning user needs with technical feasibility

• Conduct comprehensive user research, behavioral studies, and gap analysis to inform

design strategy and uncover pain points

• Align design efforts with a broad spectrum of design thinking principles — from

empathy mapping to ideation and iterative prototyping

• Design interactive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and user flows that reflect user

intent and product purpose

• Integrate multiple functional areas (backend logic, APIs, data visualization, etc.) into

cohesive, intuitive UI structures

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, backend-aligned

implementations that enhance UX, not just UI

• Create responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces for mobile and web platforms

• Continuously collect feedback and analyze usage patterns to optimize the product

experience proactively

• Stay at the forefront of AI-assisted design, interaction trends, and user behavior

models

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS environments

• Proven ability to identify UX gaps, run structured usability tests, and translate

insights into actionable improvements

• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other collaborative design

platforms

• Experience in integrating multiple product functions into unified user interfaces

• Strong grasp of user-centered design, design psychology, and interaction models

• Working understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and the ability to align design with frontend

and backend logic

• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts into clean,

usable design
