Craxinno Technologies is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Figma Designer to join our UI/UX team. If you enjoy designing modern digital experiences and love exploring the latest features in Figma, we'd love to have you on board.

• Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers.
• Ensure designs are clean, consistent, and developer-friendly.

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience using Figma.
• Strong understanding of Auto Layouts and responsive design.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and using Figma Motion for micro-interactions and animations.
• Familiarity with Figma AI features to improve design workflows.
• Experience using Figma Weave and other modern Figma collaboration features.
• Good understanding of typography, spacing, color systems, and UI/UX best practices.
• Ability to create pixel-perfect, user-centric designs.

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.
• Knowledge of accessibility and design systems is a plus.
