User Experience Designer
Actively Reviewing the Applications30 Sundays
Job Description
Company Description
30 Sundays is reimagining couples' travel with digital products that make trip planning and management effortless. From discovery to itinerary building and real-time support, our mobile app helps couples enjoy every step of their journey together. We're backed by InfoEdge Ventures, Eximius Ventures, and First Cheque, and our founding team brings experience from Apple, BCG, IIT, and IIM.
Role Description
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who designs fast, thinks in systems, and isn't afraid to use AI as a creative co-pilot. You'll work closely with the founding team to craft intuitive, delightful experiences across our mobile app, website, and internal tools — turning real user needs into beautiful, functional design. If you know how to use tools like Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar AI-assisted design platforms to move quicker without cutting corners, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX and UI design across mobile, web, and internal products
- Translate user and business requirements into clean wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity screens
- Use AI-powered design tools to rapidly generate, iterate, and explore visual directions
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and interviews to validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure designs ship as intended
- Build and maintain a scalable, reusable designs in Figma
- Iterate continuously based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing insights
- Present work clearly and contribute actively to design critiques and discussions
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a startup or consumer tech product
- Hands-on experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT for copy/ideation, or similar) — not just awareness, but actual workflow integration
- Strong product thinking — you understand the why behind features, not just the how
- Proven track record designing for B2C mobile or web products
- Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems
- Good communication skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly to non-designers
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with motion or interaction design
- Familiarity with travel, lifestyle, or consumer app domains
- An eye for editorial or visual storytelling (we care a lot about aesthetics)
Why 30 Sundays
- Work directly with a passionate founding team that genuinely values design
- High ownership — your work will be seen and felt by real users from day one
- Flexible, outcome-oriented work culture
- Opportunity to grow with a funded early-stage startup solving a problem people actually love
