📍 Location: India

🌙 Shift: US Night Shift (Rotational Week Offs)

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a US Customer Service BPO in Voice process

✔ Excellent verbal & written English communication skills

✔ Experience handling customer calls and emails

✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools

✔ Comfortable working in US Night Shifts

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA in a US Customer Service BPO

✔ Experience in call, chat & email audits

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Experience with quality monitoring tools

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a US Customer Service BPO

✔ Strong presentation and facilitation skills

✔ Experience conducting New Hire, Refresher & Nesting programs

✔ Knowledge of adult learning methodologies

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a US Customer Service BPO

✔ Experience managing teams of 15–25 agents

✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and reporting skills

✔ Ability to drive KPIs including CSAT, Quality & Productivity

✔ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (role-specific)

✔ Valid Passport (Mandatory)

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Graduate preferred

✔ Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days will be preferred.
