Bookkeeping and Financial Management: o Maintain accurate financial records using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Netsuite. o Reconcile bank and credit card statements. o Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing. o Handle sales tax preparation, filing, and 1099 forms. 2. Financial Statement Preparation & Review: o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. o Analyze reports for accuracy and provide actionable insights. o Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. 3. Tax Returns Processing: o Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for various entities. o Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations. o Provide tax planning strategies and stay updated on tax law changes.?? Desired Candidate Profile : ?Work Experince : 3 ? 10?Years ? Expertise in US accounting and direct tax. ? Experience in tax provision (ASC 740) and compliance. ?
