US Paraplanner - Financial Planning Analyst (eMoney) – Part-Time, Per Case

About the Role:

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst with hands-on experience in eMoney Advisor to independently build and manage US-based financial plans.

This is a backend, non-client-facing role requiring strong ownership. You will be expected to work on assigned cases with minimal supervision and deliver clean, accurate plans.

• Independently create financial plans in eMoney from raw client data
• Set up accounts, goals, and detailed scenarios (retirement, cash flow, insurance)
• Ensure accuracy and logical consistency across all plan inputs and outputs
• Organize and structure client financial data efficiently
• Deliver plans ready for final review with minimal corrections

• 2+ years experience in US financial planning or paraplanning
• Strong hands-on experience with eMoney Advisor (must have built plans independently)
• Solid understanding of US financial planning concepts:
• Retirement accounts (401k, IRA, Roth IRA)
• Goal based planning - Education, retirement, social security etc.
• Cash flow modeling
• Basic tax implications
• Strategies like Roth conversion or bucket strategy
• Ability to work independently with no training or hand-holding
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

• Part-time, per case basis
• Fully remote
• Flexible workload based on projects
• Non-client facing (May be asked to come on call to explain financial plan)

This role requires a self-starter who can build plans independently.

There will be no formal training provided, so prior hands-on experience is essential.
