US On-boarding Executive

Location: Gurugram/Vadodara

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (US Onboarding)

Job Responsibilities:

• On boarding of new hire candidates
• Off boarding
• Responsible for background check and drug test for all the new hires and initiating checks accurately.
• Initiating Drug test and making sure consultants take it in a timely manner to avoid any delay in on boarding process.
• Act as a first point of contact for consultants for all the queries related to payroll, benefits, expenses etc.
• Act as first point of contact for subcontractors and maintains relationship with existing vendors/clients.

Candidate must have:

• Detail oriented, organized, and thorough
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills – must be confident in your ability to communicate with Americans in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Friendly, positive, and pro-active attitude
