Work Mode – 3 days from Office, 2 days from home

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Researcher / Executive Search Specialist with experience in US Non-IT hiring specifically in Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Operations roles. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to passive sourcing, stakeholder interaction, and research-driven recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Executive Search / Leadership Hiring for US-based roles across industries
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based Warehouse & Operations roles
• (e.g., Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager, Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain roles)
• Perform market mapping, talent mapping, and competitor research
• Identify and engage passive candidates through headhunting and cold calling
• Build longlists and shortlists for senior and mid-level roles
• Partner with hiring managers / stakeholders to understand hiring needs
• Execute Boolean searches, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques
• Prepare research reports, talent insights, and market intelligence
• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
• Work closely with global teams (US stakeholders preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US Non-IT recruitment / Executive Search
• Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and market research
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
• Good understanding of various industries and business functions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment

• Experience working with Executive Search firms
• Exposure to CXO / Leadership hiring
• Experience in global markets (US/EMEA/APAC)
