Salary range: (Negotiable based on relevant experience) + Performance Incentives up to 24 Lakhs

Work timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST

Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment
Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
