Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience: 1-5 Years (US Staffing)

Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)

🕒 Interview Timings:

7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Source IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
Negotiate rates, salary, and employment terms with candidates.
Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interview coordination.
Maintain candidate information in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
Strong experience with Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
Experience working with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
