US IT Recruiters – Remote

Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Experience Required : 4 to 6 Years (Only)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Must have 4 years working experience with direct clients. (US)
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants’ profiles on time.
• Negotiating and finalizing rates/salary.
• Must work on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, maintaining & building the candidate database.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
