About the Role:

Orah Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and result-driven US IT Core Recruiter to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in handling W-2 and Full-Time (FTE) US IT requirements, strong understanding of technical job descriptions, and the ability to source and submit quality candidates as per client needs.

You will play a key role in delivering the right talent to US clients within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle US IT requirements (W-2 / Full-Time) from direct clients.
• Analyze job descriptions to understand technical and functional requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and salary expectations.
• Validate work authorization (USC, GC, H1B, etc.) and employment details.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within deadlines.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain submission trackers and daily activity reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Core Recruitment.
• Strong experience handling W-2 and Full-Time (FTE) requirements.
• Good understanding of US tax terms (W-2, 1099, C2C).
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong negotiation, screening, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet submission targets.
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.

• Shift: (6:30PM – 3:30AM, 7:30PM – 4:30AM, includes 1 dinner break and 2 tea breaks)
