US IT Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site position for a US IT Recruiter, located in Bhubaneswar. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and identifying candidates for various IT roles, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet business needs. The US IT Recruiter will also screen and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, manage job postings, schedule interviews, and build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and identifying talented IT professionals
• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining candidate relationships
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in US IT staffing or recruitment is a plus
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
