About the Company
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle US recruitment, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for a variety of IT roles across the US market. You will work closely with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates to meet client requirements with speed and quality.
About the Role
The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements in the US market, understanding job requirements, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT requirements in the US market (W2/C2C/1099).
- Understand job requirements and skill needs; create and refine job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability, pay rate, and location/relocation readiness.
- Validate candidate work authorization and visa status (e.g., USC/GC/H1B/EAD/TN).
- Submit qualified profiles with accurate formatting, resumes, and compliance details to the sales/account team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews; prepare candidates for interview rounds.
- Maintain strong follow-up with candidates through the entire hiring cycle (offer to onboarding).
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate expectations professionally.
- Maintain ATS/CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and daily/weekly recruitment reporting.
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes and client compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter in US staffing.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment lifecycle, rate negotiation, and submission processes.
- Familiarity with US tax terms and hiring models: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Experience hiring for roles like:
- Java / .NET / Python developers
- DevOps / Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- QA / Automation / SDET
- Data Engineering / Data Analytics
- BA / Scrum Master / PM
- Cybersecurity, Network, Support roles, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills on LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to work in US shift with tight deadlines and high-volume requirements.
