Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Remote

Experience: 3–4 Years


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 3–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end US recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, Boolean search techniques, candidate screening, and handling direct client requirements across various IT domains.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong recruitment expertise, and the ability to identify qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies and advanced search methodologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Work closely with Direct Clients, Hiring Managers, and Account Managers to understand hiring requirements.
  • Analyze job descriptions and create effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
  • Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strings using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, and client requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and validate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Manage candidate submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with client hiring policies and recruitment standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and recruitment tracking systems.


Required Skills

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Expertise in handling Direct Client Requirements.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using multiple job portals and social networking platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of passive candidate sourcing techniques.


Boolean Search & String Building

  • Ability to create advanced Boolean search strings based on job requirements.
  • Strong understanding of keyword mapping and search optimization techniques


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 3–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Proven experience handling direct client requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search techniques and sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with ATS tools.
  • Exposure to VMS/MSP environments.
  • Strong networking and talent pipeline-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
