This is a full-time, remote role for a US IT Recruiter / Career Consultant. The primary responsibility includes managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on IT and technical recruitment domains. Daily tasks involve sourcing candidates, screening and assessing their qualifications, coordinating interviews, and managing communication throughout the hiring process. The role requires fostering strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all stakeholders.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong knowledge and expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Proficiency in Recruiting strategies and sourcing talented candidates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time efficiently
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Knowledge of the US job market and employment laws is advantageous
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
