US IT Recruiter

Work Mode: On-site at Millennium Tech Park, Perungudi, Chennai.

Qualification:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for IT and engineering roles across US clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa types, and hands-on experience working with US State and Federal Positions, Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time positions

Source candidates using job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and networking

Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and hiring managers

Negotiate rates, salaries, and closing terms with candidates

Work on W2, C2C requirements

Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal sales teams

Ensure compliance with US labour laws and client hiring policies

Update ATS and maintain accurate candidate pipeline reports
