We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process. Your mission is to find the "hidden gems" who don't just have the right skills on paper, but who will thrive in our unique company culture. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, making you the face of our brand. Tasks:

• Review resumes and applications for various positions across the company.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, salary expectations, and cultural alignment.
• Present a curated shortlist of top-tier candidates to hiring managers with detailed note
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Brief candidates on the company’s mission and the specific expectations of the role.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates at every stage of the process.
• Guide candidates through the offer stage, including negotiations and closing.
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast future hiring needs.
