Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US clients (sourcing → screening → interview → onboarding)
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specs and hiring strategy
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Handle US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews with clients across US time zones (night shifts in India)
  • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and candidate pipelines
  • Negotiate salary, rates, and offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of candidates
  • Stay updated on US labor laws, visa processes, and market trends to ensure compliance and better hiring decisions
