Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience or strong knowledge in US IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with direct clients and implement real-time recruitment strategies in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process

Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 requirements

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers

Maintain and update candidate database and trackers

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors

Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

Familiarity with US job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in night shifts (US time zone)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Immediate joiners preferred
