🚀 We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiter

📍 Location: Pune/Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite – 5 days a week)

🕒 Shift: US EST - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST

💼 Experience: 5 – 7 years

⏳ Joining: Immediate to 2–3 weeks (Immediate joiners preferred)

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end IT recruitment in the US market and be comfortable working across all tax terms (W2, C2C, and 1099).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates)

✅ Work across W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms

✅ Source candidates via portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and networking

✅ Manage interviews, salary/rate negotiations, and onboarding

✅ Build strong consultant/vendor networks

✅ Work closely with account managers to meet client requirements

Requirements:

🔹 5–7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

🔹 Strong understanding of tax terms & visa classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.)

🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🔹 Ability to work in US EST time zone
