About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. You will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to clients and vendors across the United States, ensuring quick placements and strong client relationships.

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter responsible for :

• Marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
• Strong vendor network handling & relationship management
• Source and identify new job requirements from job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder) and vendor networks.
• Rate negotiation & follow-ups with vendors/clients
• Maintaining daily submission & placement reports
• Stay updated on technology trends, market rates, and in-demand skill sets.
• Coordinate with Candidates to understand their skills, availability, and preferred locations.
• Manage end-to-end placement process — submission, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in US IT staffing / bench sales.
• Strong understanding of US work authorizations — H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, H4-EAD, USC.
• Familiarity with IT technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
• Experience with job portals: Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder.
• Proficiency in using ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
