Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Bookkeeping Executive with hands-on US accounting experience to manage multiple client accounts. Responsibilities: Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and journal entries . Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP . Handle 1099 filings, cash flow reports, and month-end closing . Implement process improvements and workflow automation . Work with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Bill.com, Expensify, Blackline , or similar tools. Requirements: 2?5 years of US accounting/bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Excellent attention to detail and client communication skills Bachelor?s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred Perks: Competitive salary, flexible work, exposure to international clients
