About the Role (Senior Data Scientist): We are looking for a Senior Data Science professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to lead large-scale analytics initiatives and drive impactful business outcomes. This role offers technical leadership and mentorship influence without direct people-management responsibility , reporting to the Sr. Data Engineering Manager . ? ?? Your Role & Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the long-term Data Science roadmap Architect and lead large-scale analytics and AI initiatives Provide strong technical leadership influencing cross-functional teams Collaborate with Data Engineering on ETL pipelines and analytics deployment Build and deliver production-grade machine learning models Prioritize the data science backlog for maximum business impact Mentor & guide data scientists on best practices and technical excellence Partner with business leaders to translate use cases into scalable solutions Ensure alignment with enterprise analytics & strategy goals Drive adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies Lead experimentation, model optimization, and analytics innovation ? Required Qualifications Bachelor?s or Master?s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics , or related fields 10?12+ years overall experience , including 8+ years in Data Science / Advanced Analytics 2+ years in technical leadership, mentoring, or supervisory capacity Proven delivery of production-ready ML solutions Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySpark Expertise with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) & Databricks Knowledge of MLOps tools ? MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring ?? Preferred Skills Experience with Generative AI & LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs) Exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch Solid understanding of NLP and modern text analytics Ability to design and optimize Databricks clusters at scale Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proven capability to lead through technical influence ? ??
