### Key Responsibilities:

- Model Development:

Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI and data science models, with expertise in transformers and deep learning architectures.

- Pipeline Development:

Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.

- Customer Collaboration:

Engage with clients to understand their needs, propose solutions, and deliver customized AI-driven outcomes that create value.

- Product Development:

Lead AI-focused product development efforts, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to enhance usability, functionality, and impact.

- Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an innovative and collaborative environment.

- Innovation:

- Sales Support:

Support Sales team in closing deals.

### Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, especially with transformers and advanced deep learning frameworks. ** This is a hands-on role, you are expected to code **
• 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or GenAI development.
• Understanding of IT Architecture & Solution Design
• Deep understanding of process study and new process design using AI Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for Agentic solution design.
• Experience working with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, etc.). 
• Strong expertise in data pipeline development and data engineering best practices.
• Prior experience working in a product development environment, preferably at a startup or SaaS company.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent customer-handling skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Vector Databases & Semantic Search: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and implementing semantic search for efficient and intelligent information retrieval.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
• AI Frameworks: Hands-on expertise with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• NLP Expertise: Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including embeddings, tokenization, and text summarization.
• MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps practices for monitoring, maintaining, and automating ML workflows in production.
• Big Data Pipeline Creating distributed bigdata pipeline using PySpark, AWS Glue ETL or DataBricks
• APIs & Integration: Skilled in building and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless interaction between AI models and applications.
• Data Handling: Experience in handling large datasets, data wrangling, and creating scalable data storage solutions.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AI applications in Marketing, HR, or Finance, offering domain-specific insights.
