• Street Vendor Survey & Enumeration.

• Street Vending Plan Preparation.

• Infrastructure Planning.

• Coordinate field surveys and vendor enumeration.

• Conduct GIS-based mapping and spatial analysis.

• Prepare Street Vending Plan as per the Street Vendors Act.

• Coordinate with SMC, TVC, and stakeholders.

• Develop infrastructure planning and design proposals.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and planning documents.

Role-specific exposure:

• Urban Design: Layout planning, hawker zones, streetscape design, inclusive and pedestrian-friendly solutions, visualization

• Infrastructure Planning: Infrastructure assessment, service design (water, sanitation, drainage), compliance with CPHEEO standards, cost estimation

• GIS & Analytics: Vendor mapping, spatial analysis, data integration, geo-tagging, dashboards.

• Education:

Graduation – Architecture / Civil Engineering / Urban Planning

Post Graduation – Urban Design / Urban Planning / Infrastructure Planning / Geo-informatics

• Experience:

Experience in preparation of Street Vending Plan as per the Street Vendors Act preferred.

• Skills:

GIS (QGIS/ArcGIS), AutoCAD / SketchUp / Adobe (preferred), understanding of urban systems, good communication.

• Knowledge (Preferred):

IRC guidelines, NULM norms, CPHEEO standards, DPR & BOQ basics.
